Radhika and Bharti (RAB) Foundation is a non-profit organisation established in the year 2018. This organisation has been founded by Ranjeet Bharti in the loving memories of her grandmother (Late Smt Radhika Devi) to work in the field of education, environment, and on social awareness programs.

The mission of the RAB Foundation is to encourage the people/society and educate the children to discover their highest potential through education, recreation, volunteering and spread awareness on social issues.

We at RAB Foundation are committed to the betterment of the society. Our society is still besieged with many issues that need urgent attention.
While we are determined to see a society where every child gets a basic primary education, every youth gets an opportunity to succeed and every woman the right to equality, we will have to agree that we have not achieved much on any of these parameters since our independence in 1947.
If we go deeper, we will see that our problems and achievements are growing at the same rate. Although a lot many people are educated, a lot many people are above the poverty line today , a lot of advancements in technology, business, and per capita income and have built a vast number of schools, colleges, and universities, we are not in par in terms of quality of education to the rest of the world.
Our education system produces only 4% of employable skilled people out of total enrolled at the primary level. According to a recent survey, 25% of students below 6th standard are not able to perform multiplication and division. 40% of our primary school teachers are not trained for the task. 22% of our population did not even take part in our growth and unfortunately, we declare them under BPL (Below Poverty Line).
Our government is under taking multiple initiatives to address the issue with projects like “Sarva Sikhsha Abhiyan”, we believe our society needs a little help from within. Many people are working on much wider issues, we at RAB Foundation have now committed ourselves to this cause at the grass root level. We have set ourselves on the mission of providing quality primary education to those less fortunate who are not given a chance.
We hope to create an awareness towards this serious issue while making a bigger change in the state of primary education. When one focuses on improving the inequality, poverty, human rights, population control and the environmental pollution, one has to believe that education is the master key to unlock all the answers. Out of all those things, we at RAB Foundation have set ourselves a challenge to impart quality basic primary education to the children.

RAB foundation is determined to create an awareness towards education. It is our mission to provide quality education to these underprivileged. We hope to work on the practical aspect of the education and ignite the spark of interest for learning.
