1. We do not accept any anonymous donations.
2. Any request for cancellations and refund of donations once placed direct to bank account, shall not be entertained under any circumstances. It is an extremely cumbersome process for us. We, therefore, request you to be sure before you donate directly to bank account.
   But in case of donation made via payment gateway (Instamojo), if the donor wants to cancel the donation they have to give a written communcation to RAB foundation for refund within 48 hrs afters donation. RAB Foundation reserve right for the cancellation of the donation.
3. Third-party fees, including, without limitation, payment gateway transaction fees, bank transfer fees, will be deducted from any donation to be transferred.
4. RAB Foundation utilizes the fund donated for the projects that align with our mission as per the need basis.
5. By donating to RAB Foundation, you acknowledge that you understand the risks inherent to any donation, and agree to indemnify, defend, and hold RAB Foundation harmless from and against any and all claims by your related to the use of any funds donated to the foundation.
6. Donor Data such as name, email ID, contact Number, and comment/testimonial may be used for these kinds of purposes:
   Thanking donors for donations
   Informing donors about upcoming fundraising and other Activities of RAB Foundation
   Record keeping, Internal analysis
   Reporting to applicable government agencies as required by lawSurveys.
   Comments/testimonial that are provided by donors/people may be publicly published and may be used in promotional materials.
   
7. Information from Payment Processors and Other Service Providers: Payment processors allow donors to give electronically using a payment services account, a credit card, or other payment method. These processors collect certain information from donors, and you should consult their privacy policies to determine their practices.
