Few Words about our Founder:

Mr. Ranjeet Bharti has his roots from a small town in Araria, Bihar. From a young age he had a desire to work for the downtrodden.After completing his schooling from town, he moved to Bhubaneswar, Orrisa in 2009 to complete his engineering from KIIT University in Computer Science. He then joined Cognizant Technology Solutions in 2013 as a Software engineer, where he currently works. With the limited resources that he had of Rs 25000, he started the RAB Foundation on 1st February 2018. RAB - Radhika and Bharti Foundation is just a step taken in the direction towards removing the issues of our society such as spreading awareness in the society regarding education, health, environment and social issues.
His vision and mission is to eradicate the problems of the society from our country. He desires to spread education without the barrier of caste creed or religion.

Dear Friends,
Welcome to RAB Foundation!!!
From my childhood I have seen/faced the harsh truths of our society, on being raised in a small town and experiencing the difficulties forced me to think and work towards eradicating these problems. In the beginning I had lots of unsolved queries in my mind, I used to have long discussion with my friends, family and colleagues regarding this. Through these discussions only I came up with the idea of RAB (Radhika and Bharti Foundation) which had been a vision of my grandfather and grandmother.We are registered in Bhargama,Araria Distt.,Bihar. Our primary goal is to provide education to the economically backward class of our society. We had started with around 20 students, the organisation provides books, organises sports activities at minimal/no cost,currently we have reached a count of 52 students.
This is a first of a kind organisation in Araria Distt. which provides education facilities at minimum/no cost. Hopefully we will be able to resolve the issues that we are currently experiencing among us. I know this is just a small pebble in the ocean but I sincerely hope that we will be able to create ripples that would be converted to Wave once. Our goal is to provide quality education so that our young generation can work towards the growth of the nation.
